Yoga and Japanese Researchers

Japanese Researchers are Intellectual…

What the Japanese Researchers are saying regarding Tennis Elbow (Lateral epicondylitis) does really make a sense.

They found that TAE – transcatheter arterial embolization, an image-guided, non-surgical treatment that decreases abnormal blood flow to the injured area to reduce inflammation and pain, the condition may be treated.

Are they creating a situation where tissue nutrition (oxygen and glucose) is decreased which leads to homeostatic mechanisms which lead to repair and regeneration?

Yes, same as the principle of Yoga through PRANAYAMA.

But the way Japanese Researchers do it is / will not be free from side effects as it’s an invasive treatment, while Pranayama if done correctly will give same results as this condition being repititive stress injury.

Furthermore, prevention is better than cure, where Pranayama, if done on da aily basis, can totally prevent these conditions by reducing stress.
